Pet Adoption System is a Vue 2 and Spring Boot web app for community animal welfare. The public site lets people browse pets, submit adoption applications, report stray or lost animals, find feeding points and rescue stations, donate, and join forum posts and activities. The admin console uses JWT and RBAC so staff can manage animals, review applications, publish notices, and view adoption statistics with ECharts. Files are uploaded with MD5 deduplication. The frontend and backend are deployed on a Hostinger VPS with Docker, Nginx reverse proxy, and GitHub Actions CI/CD.
