A multi-user job application tracker for managing the whole job search in one place: applications, versioned CVs and cover letters, status history, interview rounds and a personal interview question bank. Built with Spring Boot and Thymeleaf, with strict per-user data isolation and a mobile-friendly UI.

JobTrack helps job seekers keep every application organised from first save to final offer. Each user tracks their own applications, attaches job descriptions and documents, records every status change and interview, and builds a personal bank of interview questions. Key features • Applications: create, edit, search, filter, sort and paginate by company, position, status and applied date. • Documents: JD text plus JD file, CV, cover letter and other files, each versioned per type, never overwritten. • Status history: manual status updates with a full timeline, including backfilling past events without changing the current status. • Interviews: unlimited rounds with time, type, interviewer, location, outcome and reflection notes. • Dashboard: totals, per-status counts, upcoming and recent interviews, recently updated applications. • Interview question bank: private technical and behavioural questions with your own answers and self-ratings. • Interview hall: questions users choose to share are browsable by anyone, including visitors, but answers and authors are never exposed. Signed-in users can copy a question into their own bank.
